Great exercise aid,

I got one of these for my wife and she was so happy with it I got another for myself. She was mainly interested in the pedometer. She wanted to know how many steps she was taking outside of exercise. She would wear the heart rate monitor when she exercised on the treadmill. I don't use the water bottle but it is a nice to have if you need one. This is a very useful set of exercise aids and they all work well so far.
